We all like to brand our mails with proper signature with our name, a wish, an image or logo, website/blog link, social media links and so on. Gmail had the signature feature(plain text version) but we couldn’t customize it to display it in ‘our own way’ like we do in a rich text editor . A lot of people suggested a rich text editor feature for this purpose. Since gmail love suggestions, this feature was introduced last day!
You can customize your signature by going to Signature section under Settings from your gmail account. Take a look at my signature:
There is an option to edit the signatures of all emails associated with your primary email account. You can chose the respective ones from the drop-down menu in the signature section. Currently, the rich text signatures are supported only on latest desktop version of Gmail. You have to rely on ‘old’ plain text version if you are using the older version, the HTML version and the mobile versions of Gmail.
Enjoy the Emailzzz!
